Unlike VC funds, you decide which deals to invest in, and cash out when a startup exits. You are not obliged to invest.

We share 5 to 6 deals annually that meet the high bar we set for startups. Interested members are given access to the deal room and term sheets.

Visionary Leadership

Roman Fernandez, the General Partner at Evolvia, is a visionary Impact Investor and Advisor with 25 years of experience in product development at Ford Motor Company and Robert Bosch GmbH, consulting strategy at Roland Berger and as an independent advisor for 15+ global companies and public institutions in every major continent. Since 2020, Roman advised startups in closing $400 milion+ in funding and acquisition deals.

Deep Founder Engagement

Evolvia spends a minimum of 20 hours advising or interacting with the founders before we decide to invest. We often play an active role connecting founders with customers and strategic partners. This level of engagement strengthens the diligence process for our deals.
